Pastor - Bro. Jody Bell

Bro. Jody is a native of Scottsboro, AL and attended the Scottsboro public school system, and also graduated from Northeast Community College with a Bachelors degree.  In 2002 he received his Bachelor of Theology Degree from Slidell Baptist Seminary.

He was ordained as a Deacon in 1975 at Bible Baptist Church in Scottsboro where he served as a Deacon and Minister of Music for 10 years.

Bro. Bell accepted the call to preach in 1987 and accepted his first pastorate 6 weeks later,  and over the past 35 years, he has had the privilege of being Pastor of 6 churches.  In 2012, he was called back to Scottsboro, his home town, to pastor Grace Baptist Church where he has served faithfully for the past 10 years.

He and Mrs. Pam has been married for 31 years and have  3 children, Tammy, Amy, and Jacob and they are also blessed with 5 grandchildren.

We here at Grace Baptist Church are thankful and blessed to have the privilege to sit under a Man of God such as Bro. Jody Bell.
